Speaking after the game Neil Thompson said, "It's great. We've had a job getting a team together, but we got to the final and won it on penalties so it's good.

"Sheffield had the game directly before the final so we thought they might be a bit tired and we kept the ball. They certainly tired in the last three or four minutes and we kept hold of the ball.

"It's a shame we gave that goal away at the end because it would be been nice to win it in normal time. Kevin Miller did great tonight. He was immense. Everyone played their part. It was unexpected I think to win tonight.
