Darton Crowns Under 14's entertained Wath St James on Sunday afternoon and run out with an hard fought 3-2 win.Josh Green was in superb form and deservedly took the Man of the Match award,with a hatrick of goals.His first goal was an excellent finish from just inside the box, after some good approach work. His second was a scorcher from just outside the box and he kept his nerve from the spot to secure his hatrick. Crowns skipper Joe Birkin was in excellent form as was Dale Harrison. Wath to their credit never gave in and came back with two goals late in the game.

Darton Crowns 2

Newly formed Darton Crowns under 8s traveled to Mexborough Rangers A on Sunday morning,and came away with their heads held high despite losing 6-2. The young Crowns are finding their feet and enjoying the football. Jordan Coldwell scored the Crowns first goal with an excellent finish and later in the game Skipper Ethan Shillito scored a rasping free kick. DJ Harper was named the Crowns Man of the Match.

Cudworth Boyz U13s ran out 7-3 winners in an end to end game with Dearne Dragons. Robbie Herrmann 3, Reece Greenman 2, Kieran Brown 1 and Liam Owen 1 scored for the boyz with a hard working Jay Hart picking up the man of the match award.
